  4. Processing Time: All return or exchange requests will be processed within 3-5 working days.
  5. Delivery Charges: Please note, delivery charges are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
  6. Exchange Delivery Charges: Customers will be responsible for the delivery charges on exchange orders.
  7. Damaged or Incorrect Products: In case of damaged items, leakage, or if you received the wrong product, we will cover the delivery charges for returns or exchanges.
